A certificate and 2 years in a five‑star hotel are required, along with strong communication and time management

Qualifications

• Certificate holder or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Physically fit for the position.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Time management.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• People management experience.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
• Highly organized and proactive and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic spa treatments including massages, facials and body treatments.
• Ensure professional spa services according to quality standards.
• Drive revenue to meet and exceed targets.
• Greet guests and determine services needed.
• Advise guests on spa programs, treatments and products.
• Promote spa and body care products with full knowledge.
• Maintain records of treatments and products used for repeat guests.
• Ensure treatment rooms are set up before starting treatments.
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards as directed.
