Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Fit-Out Work Engineer to guide all indoor works, supervise carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians and LV technicians, and coordinate with clients. You will interpret drawings, manage settings-out plans, and oversee electrical, MEP, and fire safety tasks on-site.

UAE driving license required for site access and coordination. You will plan resources, monitor quality, ensure timely reporting and maintain high standards across hotel, office, or residential fit-out

• Strong attention to information and quality control.
• Experience in supervising carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians and LV technicians.

Responsibilities

• Guide indoor works including labour force, quality control and client coordination.
• Create and review setting-out plans from approved drawings.
• Plan and manage material and workforce requirements.
• Oversee construction in cabinets and kitchen fit-outs; manage electrical and MEP tasks.
• Ensure safe and efficient site operations with high accuracy.

Fit-Out Work Engineer

• Liable for the guidance of all indoor jobs, including labour force, quality control as well as synchronisation with customers as well as monitoring
