Job summary

OnTime Group UAE seeks an experienced Fit-Out Site Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of UAE-based fit-out projects. You will oversee scheduling, site execution, and coordination across civil, architectural, MEP, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely handover.

The role requires strong planning, supervision and communication with internal teams, clients and consultants to resolve issues promptly and deliver projects to client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 3-7 years UAE fit-out project management experience.
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality or healthcare fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and BOQs.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and site execution.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fit-out project execution from start to handover.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules to meet timelines.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions for delays.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, BOQ and requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality.
• Coordinate between civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety works.
• Act as main link between site and internal departments.
• Liaise with design, procurement, sales, commercial, accounts and management teams.
• Coordinate material deliveries with procurement.
• Attend site meetings with clients/consultants.
• Prepare snagging and handover documentation.
