Job summary

Jumbo Manpower and Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced engineer to review fit-out interior design and signage submissions for DHCC compliance. You will coordinate with tenants, partners, consultants and contractors, and conduct site inspections to verify drawings and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review fit-out, interior design and signage submissions for DHCC compliance.
• Coordinate with applicants and internal departments to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Maintain records of submissions, reviews, permits, NOCs and related correspondence.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Review internal DHCC projects from inception to completion including meetings and site visits.
• Prepare periodic management reports on applications, approvals and outstanding matters.
• Ensure adherence to DHCC policies, procedures, engineering standards and approval processes.

Job description

Review and assess fit-out interior design and signage submissions from tenants business partners consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with DHCC Engineering Guidelines standards and applicable authority requirements

Coordinate with applicants and relevant internal departments to clarify requirements resolve technical issues and facilitate timely reviews approvals and issuance of permits and NOCs

Maintain records of applications submissions review comments approvals permits NOCs inspection reports and related correspondence and track outstanding actions and approval status

Coordinate and conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings specifications safety requirements and approved conditions

Review assigned DHCC internal projects from inception to completion including technical reviews interdepartmental coordination site visits meetings and inspections

Prepare periodic management reports on fit-out and signage applications approvals and outstanding matters

Ensure adherence to DHCC policies procedures engineering standards and established approval processes
