The role requires 8 years of UAE interior fit-out experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong leadership to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, civil, architecture or interior design is required.
• At least 8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and other design/project management tools.
• Construction industry experience is essential.

Develop a comprehensive project plan by defining project objectives, establishing timelines, and determining resource requirements.

• Oversee the project budget, ensuring all expenses are properly accounted for and the project stays within the allocated budget.


• Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost‑effective solutions.


• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.


• Work closely with stakeholders such as architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth project execution.


• Assign tasks, monitor progress and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks that may affect the project timeline.


• Ensure that the interior fit‑out work meets required quality standards and adheres to the client’s specifications.


• Conduct regular inspections, perform quality checks, and address any deficiencies or deviations from the agreed‑upon design and scope of work.


• Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site.


• Ensure all health and safety regulations and standards are followed throughout the project.


• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders.


• Develop a detailed project schedule, identify critical paths, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.


• Proactively address delays or obstacles that may impact the project timeline and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
