Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in estimating fire protection systems.
• Experience preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD or PDF format.
• Prepare accurate estimates for various fire protection systems.
• Ensure designs align with NFPA standards and UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes.
• Review tender documents for clarity and completeness.
• Communicate with clients to clarify details in tender inputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for materials and labor.
