NAFFCO Careers in Sharjah, UAE, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer - Maintenance Contracts for Fire Fighting Systems to drive opportunities and manage long-term contracts. You will provide technical support to customers and internal teams while delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong selling skills, deep fire protection knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with operations, spare parts, and field teams to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales or technical roles for fire fighting systems and maintenance contracts, UAE/GCC preferred.
• Track record of winning and managing service contracts for fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA, UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue maintenance contract opportunities for fire fighting systems.
• Prepare commercial proposals, service scopes, quotations and contract documents with teams.
• Provide technical assessments and solution proposals during client meetings and site surveys.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors; manage tenders and negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations, spare parts, and site teams to ensure timely mobilisation and maintenance.
• Conduct technical inspections and prepare detailed service reports and maintenance records.
• Advise clients on regulatory and safety matters and ensure compliance requirements.
• Support business development through price modelling and lifecycle cost analysis.
