Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Recruitment Delivery & Sourcing professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across global markets in the UAE. You will proactively source top talent, screen and present candidates, and align with hiring managers on skills and culture to ensure quality, pace and a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Senior Talent Partners and People Ops to forecast hiring needs, onboard smoothly, and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fintech, payments, or tech.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels and networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Experience using ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and maintaining data pipelines.
• Curious, creative problem-solver who improves processes and candidate experience.
• Passionate about people, culture and delivering best-in-class recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment delivery and sourcing for assigned roles across global markets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Senior Talent Partner on forecast and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, analytics, and reporting in the ATS.
• Represent Sokin externally and contribute to employer brand efforts.
• Share market insights to inform hiring strategies and process improvements.
• Lead or contribute to special projects across growth initiatives.
