Traders Hub Currency Brokerage is seeking a Content Strategist to lead content planning, copywriting, and social media management across channels. You will craft messaging for English (with Arabic support) and ensure consistency with brand voice while simplifying trading concepts for traders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Research and Client Support to answer questions, track performance, and report on reach and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Portfolio of published content or writing samples.
• Working knowledge of trading and financial markets terminology, or a willingness to learn quickly.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, market events, and UAE/global calendar.
• Plan content across formats: articles, blog posts, trading education guides, market updates, infographics, videos, webinars, newsletters and client success stories.
• Write clear, accurate and engaging copy in English for website, social media, emails, ads, press materials and sales collateral; Arabic copywriting is a plus.
• Manage and grow the company’s social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) with platform-specific strategies.
• Respond to comments and messages, moderate spaces, and monitor brand sentiment; escalate issues to Compliance as needed.
• Ensure all content includes risk warnings and disclosures and is approved by Compliance before publication.
