Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Content and Social Media Lead in Dubai to drive a comprehensive content strategy across B2B and B2C segments. You will manage creation and distribution of blogs, social media, email and video content, collaborating with product, design and support teams to enable client acquisition and app usage.

You will lead influencer partnerships, track analytics, and optimize campaigns while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our brand relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of B2B and B2C content and social media marketing experience in financial services/tech.
• Urdu or Hindi language skills are a plus.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio.
• Ability to create unique social media visual themes and ownership over campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy spanning thought leadership, social media, blogs and influencer marketing.
• Oversee creation and distribution of high-quality content across channels (blogs, social, email, video).
• Collaborate with product, design and customer support for integrated marketing efforts.
• Monitor website and digital metrics to optimize content and social strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tech to keep content relevant.
