Job summary

The Talent Hunter is hiring Finnish-speaking Retention Agents to join a growing FX operation in Dubai. This Dubai-based role offers a €2,000 base salary plus 5% commission and a relocation package.

Fluency in Finnish, at least 1 year as a Retention Agent in FX, and proven client retention and reactivation skills are required. Strong communication, a target-driven mindset, and willingness to relocate are essential. International, multicultural experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in FX.
• Proven experience in client retention and reactivation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
