Job summary

The Talent Hunter (TTH) is hiring Finnish-speaking Retention Agents to join a growing FX operation in Dubai. This Dubai-based role requires a fluent Finnish speaker with at least 1 year of FX retention experience, plus strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

You should be target-driven and commercially minded; international/multicultural experience is an advantage, and relocation to Dubai is required. The package includes a €2,000 base salary, 5% commission, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry – MUST
• Proven experience in client retention and reactivation
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and commercially minded
• International / multicultural experience is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
