Job summary

The Talent Hunter is seeking Finnish-speaking Retention Agents for a Dubai-based FX operation. The role is office-based in Dubai with relocation support.

Requirements include fluent Finnish, at least 1 year as a Retention Agent in FX, strong communication/negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset. Willingness to relocate to Dubai. The package offers a €2,000 base salary plus 5% commission and a relocation package, with growth in an international FX environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish speaker required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry – MUST.
• Proven experience in client retention and reactivation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• International / multicultural experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
