Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced waiter to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at our luxury restaurant. You will take orders, upsell beverages and menu items, and ensure accurate and timely delivery to guests.

Responsibilities include knowledge of wine selections, adherence to brand standards, and maintaining impeccable guest relations while working with the team to uphold LQA standards in a high-end hotel environment.

Formación

• Minimum three years’ experience as a waiter.
• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, beverages and brand standards.
• Able to upsell and provide attentive guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of all policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure superior service quality on a daily basis.
• Know the restaurant layout, table numbers, station assignments, and dress code.
• Handle alcohol service and wine by the glass according to standards.
• Prepare and present guest checks; process payments.
• Anticipate guests' needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
• Assist in closing duties and reports as required.
