Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (contractor) to evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, annotate financial data, and improve ERP-related workflows. The role requires deep accounting knowledge and experience with multiple financial systems and AI training processes.

Assist in developing scenarios, provide corrective feedback, and support end-to-end financial processes from transaction recording to month-end close. Remote worldwide opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and financial reporting capabilities
• Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or above)
• Attention to detail in data evaluation and annotation
• Familiarity with AI training/data annotation processes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and proper journal treatment
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers
• Identify errors and inconsistencies and provide corrective explanations
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Xero, Dynamics 365
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy
• Support financial processes from transaction recording to month-end close and reporting
