Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Financial Operations Manager for a Dubai-based single family office overseeing day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities and the Principals' affairs, including invoices, treasury, payroll (WPS), reconciliations and VAT. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in finance and UAE-based experience with local banking and WPS knowledge; ACCA/CA/CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, treasury or financial operations.
• UAE-based with strong knowledge of local banking practices and WPS payroll
• Proven experience managing payments, invoices and bank reconciliations
• Experience dealing directly with banks and external financial service providers
• Strong understanding of treasury, cash management and financial controls
• Exposure to VAT, tax compliance, audits and regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting multiple entities and complex financial operations
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or CFA preferred
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised with strong follow-through and execution capability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High levels of confidentiality, ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities.
• Manage treasury, banking, payroll, reconciliations, compliance, reporting and investment operations.
• Handle invoices and payments, VAT and tax support.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accountants and tax advisors.
• Assist with brokerage account administration and funding activities.
• Perform month-end close and prepare financial information for external accountants.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial service providers.
• Support private wealth and banking relationship activities.
• Conduct occasional in-person banking and administrative tasks.
