Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai is seeking a Manager in Financial Controlling to drive policy compliance, strengthen internal controls, and implement automation. You will partner with Group Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and support AI initiatives.

The role covers policy development, training, audits, balance sheet substantiation, and close processes across shared services and BU finance teams, with emphasis on IAS/IFRS and data governance.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a large organization.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills with excellent communication.
• Familiarity with SAP and SAP BW/BPC/SAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement divisional accounting policies.
• Lead internal control enhancements and policy standardization.
• Train Finance & Operations teams on IAS/IFRS and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with Shared Service Centres for timely financial close.
• Drive AI adoption in divisional controlling and automation initiatives.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors on certification requirements.
