Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Manager in Financial Controlling in Dubai to drive internal controls and policy development. You will implement accounting standards, oversee close processes, and lead AI/automation initiatives to improve efficiency across divisions.

The role requires CA/ACCA or equivalent with at least 5 years in a large organization at supervisory level, and strong analytical, communication, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential for financial controlling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is required.
• Ability to plan, prioritize tasks and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize divisional accounting policies and internal controls.
• Provide advisory support on IAS/IFRS accounting policies and judgments.
• Lead training sessions for Finance & Operations on accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and BU Finance for close processes.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation in divisional controlling.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors.
