Job summary

SK Cosmetics, a Dubai-headquartered beauty company, is hiring a Financial Accountant & Analyst to own finances end-to-end in Dubai. You will reconcile daily bank activity, manage ecommerce and B2B channels, and oversee VAT/corporate tax with external advisors. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Founder & CEO.

You will build cash-flow forecasts, margin models and P&L analyses by brand and channel, and support pricing and inventory decisions for a fast-growing multi-brand business.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years UAE accounting experience in ecommerce, retail, distribution or trading.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (Accounting, Inventory, POS) — required.
• CMA or ACCA, qualified or at final stage.
• Proven experience building cash-flow forecasts, channel or product P&Ls and margin models.
• Practical knowledge of UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways and corporate card spend.
• Channel accounting across ecommerce, POS and B2B including invoicing and credit control.
• Inventory, landed cost and COGS on imported products.
• VAT and Corporate Tax preparation in coordination with external tax agent.
• Monthly close and a monthly management pack covering P&L by brand and channel, cash-flow forecast and margin analysis.

We are the exclusive Middle East distributor of Cathy Doll and the owner of Skin Load, one of the region’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We sell daily through our Shopify stores, Amazon UAE, retail booths and a growing B2B and distributor network, with operations in the UAE and Kuwait.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant & Analyst role based in Dubai, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. You will own the company’s finances end to end: keeping the books accurate every day in Odoo, then turning the numbers into decisions.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, Amazon settlements and corporate card spend; channel accounting across ecommerce, POS and B2B, including invoicing and credit control; inventory, landed cost and COGS on imported products; VAT and Corporate Tax preparation in coordination with our external tax agent; monthly close; and a monthly management pack covering P&L by brand and channel, a rolling cash-flow forecast, margin analysis and pricing support for B2B.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of UAE accounting experience in ecommerce, retail, distribution or trading.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (Accounting, Inventory, POS) — required.
• CMA or ACCA, qualified or at final stage.
• Proven experience building cash-flow forecasts, channel or product P&Ls and margin models — not only maintaining them.
• Practical knowledge of UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, landed cost and COGS for imported goods.
• Experience with ecommerce payment flows (Shopify Payments, BNPL providers, Amazon settlements) preferred.
• Disciplined, detail-driven and comfortable owning the full finance function in a fast-growing, multi-brand business.
• Able to explain financial results clearly to a non-finance leadership team.
