GLOMACS Training & Consultancy is seeking a licensed CPA to join our finance team in Dubai. This on-site role requires solid UAE accounting experience, ownership of the month-end close, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements and reports, maintaining records, and ensuring UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance. Proficiency with Odoo ERP and IFRS knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Candidate must be currently based in Dubai.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required financial documentation
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations
• Manage and maintain accounting processes within Odoo ERP
• Work with ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data, reporting, and controls
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Mandatory Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Currently based in Dubai
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
