Job summary
IFS is seeking a Director – Finance Tools, Process & Systems to lead the transformation of Finance tools, processes, data architecture, and AI capability. You will drive enterprise-wide rollout of a next-generation, AI-enabled EPM platform, and oversee ERP/data structures, balancing Finance, Technology, Data, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Requires leadership of enterprise Finance transformation programmes.
- Experience embedding AI/GenAI in Finance processes and EPM.
- Fluent business English and strong communication skills.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end EPM platform selections.
Responsibilities
- Act as Finance technical expert for the enterprise EPM platform.
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, contracting and governance.
- Own Finance requirements and future-state EPM solution design.
- Define target planning operating model and data architecture.
- Drive user adoption, change management and post go-live optimization.
- Establish Finance governance, controls and release standards.
