Job summary

Mashreq seeks a Manager - Technology, Core Banking Transformation to lead delivery of the Core Banking and Payments Transformation Program across six countries, supporting Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation and related payment solutions.

You will collaborate with CIBG, Operations, Technology, Product Teams, Vendors, and the PMO to drive requirements management, solution reviews, testing, migration readiness, risk management, and country rollout activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in core banking transformations.
• Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE or equivalent core banking platforms preferred.
• Experience in payments transformation and related digital channels.

Responsibilities
