The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations, as well as hands-on experience with joint ventures (JVs), land acquisition negotiations, and structuring high-value development deals. This is a pivotal role focused on strengthening the company’s financial position while supporting its ambitious expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust financial strategies to manage and optimize large capital investments and project cash flows.
  • Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, DLD, RERA, and other applicable real estate regulations.
  • Lead financial due diligence and structuring of joint ventures, development partnerships, and land acquisition deals.
  • Partner with legal and commercial teams to assess and execute strategic investment opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage debt structures.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, analyse variances, and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
  • Drive cost optimization and implement financial control systems that align with growth objectives.
  • Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Oversee treasury and liquidity planning for multi-phase property developments.
  • Provide financial leadership on all investment appraisals and feasibility studies.
