Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced finance professional with at least seven years in finance, budgeting, financial planning, procurement support, accounting, or public sector finance.

You will identify financial risks, monitor budget utilization, prepare budgets and dashboards, and coordinate with government finance functions and external stakeholders, delivering updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, budgeting, financial planning, procurement support, accounting, or public sector finance.
• Identify financial risks, budget pressures, savings opportunities, and funding gaps
• Experience preparing budgets, financial reports, variance analysis, dashboards, and cost models.
• Experience coordinating with government finance functions, shared services, procurement teams, or external stakeholders.
• Monitor budget utilization, commitments, expenditures, and variances across relevant categories.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, budget summaries, and funding updates for the Support Service to senior level
• Strong Excel, financial modelling, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Relevant training in government budgeting, procurement, financial planning, or public sector finance is an advantage.
