• Develop and maintain IT budgeting, planning and expenditure monitoring processes.
• Prepare and analyze annual IT budgets including OPEX and CAPEX with Finance and related departments.
• Analyze financial viability of IT projects, contracts and initiatives.
• Monitor actual expenditures vs budgets, identify variances and provide insights to management.
• Support IT procurement with commercial and financial evaluations of vendor proposals and contracts.
• Review contract values, payment schedules and commitments for alignment with budgets and regs.
• Track POs, invoices, and payments to ensure accurate records and timely processing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and trends to optimize IT expenditures.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, projections and expenditure reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to consolidate financial requirements and monitor departmental spends.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation for audits and governance.

Develop and maintain financial planning budgeting and expenditure monitoring processes aligned with organizational financial policies and strategic objectives

Prepare monitor and analyze annual IT budgets including operational expenditure OPEX and capital expenditure CAPEX in coordination with Finance and relevant departments

Conduct financial analysis of IT projects contracts and initiatives to assess cost-effectiveness financial feasibility and budget implications

Monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets identify variances and provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Support IT procurement activities by conducting commercial and financial evaluations of vendor proposals quotations and contracts in coordination with Central Procurement and Finance teams

Review contract values payment schedules renewals and financial commitments to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial regulations

Track purchase orders invoices outstanding payments and financial commitments to ensure accurate financial records and timely processing

Identify cost-saving opportunities analyze spending trends and recommend measures to optimize IT expenditure and improve financial efficiency

Develop financial forecasts budget projections and expenditure reports to support financial planning and management decision-making

Collaborate with IT departments including Infrastructure Applications Information Security and other relevant teams to consolidate financial requirements and monitor departmental expenditures

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation related to IT budgets contracts procurement expenditures and financial commitments to support audits and governance requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in financial principles

Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly regarded and demonstrate a commitment to the finance profession

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance or analytical role, showcasing proven expertise in financial analysis
