Role Description: The Finance Officer – Accounts Payable is responsible for maintaining strong financial discipline across vendor payments, reconciliations, and payable governance. This role supports uninterrupted clinic operations by ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while strengthening compliance, internal controls, VAT documentation, and financial reporting across HealthHub Clinics and Al‑Futtaim Health corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vendor creation and maintain accurate supplier records within accounting and ERP systems.
• Verify supplier invoices against approved purchase orders and goods receipt notes before payment processing.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Pharmacy, and internal departments to resolve invoice, PO, and GRN discrepancies.
• Ensure timely booking, approval, and submission of invoices to avoid payment delays.
• Respond to vendor queries regarding invoice status, payment schedules, and required documentation.
• Manage urgent, advance, and out‑of‑run payments in coordination with finance and payments teams.
• Reconcile vendor advances after service completion or goods delivery.
• Handle corporate credit card reconciliation and petty cash balancing with full supporting approvals.
• Ensure VAT‑compliant documentation including invoice corrections, credit notes, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor payable balances and GR‑IR accounts while following up for timely clearance.
• Prepare periodic payable summaries and support cash‑flow reporting for management review.
• Provide financial reports, analysis, and operational support to the Finance Operations Manager.

Ideal Profile

• Emirati candidate eligible under Emiratisation hiring initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Postgraduate diploma or additional qualification in Finance is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payable processes.
• Experience using ERP systems and accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Professional communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
