Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payable processes.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor creation and maintain accurate supplier records within accounting and ERP systems.
• Verify supplier invoices against approved purchase orders and goods receipt notes before payment processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice, PO, and GRN discrepancies.
• Ensure timely booking, approval, and submission of invoices.
