Accounts Payable Invoice Compliance Officer job in Dubai UAE with Al-Futtaim Group is a detail-driven finance role within the Shared Services environment, responsible for ensuring invoice accuracy, VAT compliance, and documentation control.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting timely payment cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards across the Accounts Payable function.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and review scanned invoices daily to ensure completeness and compliance with VAT regulations
• Index invoices accurately within OpenText VIM and reject non-compliant submissions when required
• Monitor and clear PRT rejections using VIM Analytics and perform daily OAWD checks
• Download batch references from VIM systems and coordinate physical document collection with storage partners
• Prepare weekly carton shipments and track document movement until secure warehouse restoration
• Verify archived invoices monthly and coordinate with internal teams for LPO, GRN, and payment processing
• Maintain inventory of scanning consumables and documentation supplies
• Retrieve and manage utility invoices from supplier portals as required
• Ensure strong documentation control within Accounts Payable Shared Services processes

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Shared Services environments
• Working knowledge of VAT compliance and invoice validation standards
• Familiarity with SAP, OpenText VIM, or similar enterprise systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify supporting documents such as LPOs, GRNs, and receipts
• Proficiency in MS Excel and document management systems
