Tiger Recruitment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Finance Manager to build and oversee the finance function from the ground up. You will ensure governance, reporting, and strategic financial planning across a growing startup in the creative sector.

The role requires Abu Dhabi UAE National candidates with strong budgeting, controls, and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive efficiencies and partner with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA qualification highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in Finance Manager or Senior Accountant roles with broad financial exposure.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, controls, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience establishing or improving finance processes and controls is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organization’s finance function.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant position with broad exposure across financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, financial controls, and statutory compliance.
• Experience establishing or improving finance processes and controls is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Previous experience within the government, semi‑government, or regulated sector would be advantageous.
