Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Co. for Building Materials (BILDCO) seeks a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to oversee finance across multiple entities in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires 8–10+ years in finance and accounting, including 6+ years in the UAE, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash flow management are essential.

Qualifications

• Arab national – mandatory.
• 8–10+ years of finance and accounting experience, including 6+ years in the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years in a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant or supervisory role.
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple companies/entities.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, costing & cash flow management.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
