Job summary

Client of Gateworth Group is seeking an experienced qualified accountant to lead the finance function, delivering accurate management accounts, P&L, balance sheets and cash flow reports with insightful analysis.

You will drive month-end and year-end close, produce timely statutory and management reporting, and deliver KPI dashboards for the Regional Director while enhancing internal controls and working capital management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering monthly management accounts and full financial statements to tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead a team of accountants and collaborate with IT on finance system enhancements.
• Strong governance, controls, and audit readiness across the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and annual reporting cycles with timely KPI dashboards.
• Improve cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Partner with IT to automate invoicing and financial workflows.
