Job summary

EPC OIL GASA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Finance Accounts team in Dubai. This onsite role demands extensive UAE and EPC/Oil & Gas project finance expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management.

Reporting to the Project Director & Managing Director, you will lead the Finance Accounts team, handle client billing and subcontractor payments, ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance, and manage project banking facilities to support major

Qualifications

• 18 years of overall Finance Accounting experience
• 12 years of UAE experience
• Mandatory EPC Oil Gas Construction Engineering project experience
• Experience in project finance accounting and budgeting/forecasting
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
• Experience with bank guarantees, LCs and project banking facilities
• Experience with ERP accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho, advanced Excel)
• CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience with EPC contractors/subcontractors and Oil & Gas projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Accounts team in the Dubai office
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management for projects
• Manage client billing, receivables, subcontractor payments and project profitability
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
• Oversee banking facilities, including guarantees, LCs and project banking
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, audits, and compliance across projects
• Coordinate with EPC/Oil & Gas project teams and management for financial decisions

FINANCE MANAGER

EPC OIL GASA leading organization in the Oil Gas EPC sector is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its Finance Accounts team in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Employment: Full-time, Onsite.

Working Days: 6 days a week.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Reporting To: Project Director & Managing Director.

Key Requirements

• 18 years of overall Finance Accounting experience

• Strong experience in project finance accounting

• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent qualification will be highly preferred
• Candidates who have worked directly with EPC contractors/subcontractors and handled major Oil & Gas projects will be strongly preferred.
• Experience with ADNOC-related projects will be an added advantage.
