Andaleeb Cars in Dubai, UAE seeks a Finance Manager (CPA) to lead the finance function, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and maintain full UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include month-end closing, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and coordination with auditors and banks. Immediate availability is preferred and a UAE driving license is a plus.

Qualificações

• CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• Hands-on UAE VAT filing experience and UAE Corporate Tax knowledge.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns on FTA EmaraTax portal; maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, including registration, computations, transfer pricing considerations, and annual return filing.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks; strengthen internal controls and finance policies.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team.

Finance Manager - CPA | UAE VAT & Corporate Tax

Location: Dubai, UAE | Employment Type: Full-time

About Us

Andaleeb Cars is a company based in Dubai. We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and keep us fully compliant with UAE tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS
• Prepare and file VAT returns on the FTA EmaraTax portal, and keep records and documentation audit-ready
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance, including registration, tax computations, transfer pricing considerations, and annual return filing
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and management reports for senior leadership
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Strengthen internal controls and finance policies and procedures
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (Philippine CPA, US CPA, or equivalent such as ACCA/CMA)
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with UAE VAT filing and UAE Corporate Tax
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred

• UAE driving license
• Immediate availability or short notice period
