Responsibilities

• Advising on legal and financial duties for transition services agreements at global level.
• Identify and mitigate legal and financial risks with Program Director.
• Coordinate with external counsels on consulting, IS/IT, and strategic matters.
• Ensure compliance with changes in laws and regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and define provider finance and legal strategy.
