Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in Legal & Finance
• Significant experience in drafting, negotiating and/or advising on two or more of the following areas: Transactional Operations, Corporate M&A & Corporate Finance
• Excellent command of English and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide spectrum of duties related to legal and finance matters for transition services agreements at Global Level
• Work closely with the Program director to identify legal risks and mitigate them effectively
• Manage, liaise with and instruct external counsels on consulting, IS/IT and strategic matters
• Ensure compliance with changes in laws and regulations
• Define provider finance and legal strategy for the program
• Raise risks on the program based on evaluation and scenarios
• Manage vendor relationships
