Job summary

Payfuture is seeking a senior finance leader to develop and oversee the financial infrastructure for our growing international payments business. You will manage treasury, liquidity, digital assets, and FP&A processes across multiple currencies and partners, while providing clear reporting to senior management.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in finance/t treasury, with experience as Finance Manager or equivalent, and a strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Treasury, ideally within payments or fintech.
• Experience operating at Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager level with ownership of financial processes and reporting.
• Ability to act as a deputy to senior finance leadership and take ownership when required.
• Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and financial controls.
• Practical treasury experience including cash management, liquidity forecasting, multi-currency operations, FX exposure.
• Exposure to digital assets, including stablecoins, wallets and on-chain/off-chain settlement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury, liquidity and digital assets; manage budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Lead profitability reporting and pricing structures for customers and providers.
• Develop and refine pricing models, business cases and commercial proposals.
• Partner with Tech and Product to automate reconciliation, reporting, forecasting and controls.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance requirements for financial operations and treasury.
• Provide financial input into new products, markets and strategic initiatives.
