Job summary

Ontime UAE in Dubai is seeking a Finance Executive at the CA Inter level for a 6-month contract that can extend to one year or longer.

You will manage daily finance operations, process vendor invoices, assist with month-end closing and MIS reports, and coordinate with auditors and banks. Strong Excel and ERP experience (D365, SAP) and UAE VAT knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
• 2-4 years of UAE finance/accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• MS Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• FMCG or retail industry experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations, including invoices, expenses, AP and AR.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate PO, GRN and invoice matching.
• Support payments, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Maintain vendor/customer records and ERP data.

• Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls.
