Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Finance Executive (CA Inter) in Dubai on a 6-month contract with possible extension. The role requires 2-4 years UAE finance experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with UAE VAT and ERP systems.

The successful candidate will manage daily finance operations, vendor invoices, month-end closing, and assist with MIS reports while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce
• 2-4 years of UAE finance/accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
• FMCG or retail industry experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and coordinate PO, GRN and invoice matching
• Support payments, bank reconciliations and month-end closing
• Maintain vendor/customer records and ERP data

• Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls
