Job summary

The First Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to support a team of 8, ensuring accurate receipts, timely processing, and strong treasury communication.

You will reconcile AR accounts weekly and monthly, identify inconsistencies, monitor satellite balances, and collaborate with cost accountants and department heads to control costs. Proficiency with AX Dynamics ERP and CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with AX Dynamics ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Real Estate - Property Development experience in GCC.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all receipts are received and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Continuous communication with Treasury and ensures correct information is passed and received.
• Ensuring deadlines are met and duties completed professionally.
• Reconciliation of Accounts receivable on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Reconciliation of customer accounts to identify inconsistencies.
• Monitoring of satellite office balances.
• Collaborating with key divisions, cost accountants and Head of Departments to guarantee cost control.
• Utilizing the AX Dynamics ERP & CRM to assist with system related controls and reporting.
• Ad hoc projects.
• Respond to internal client inquiries and maintain AR records.

This role requires excellent receivables accounting experience to support a team of 8 members in a large variety of tasks.

• Ensure all accurate receipts are received and processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Continuous communication with Treasury and ensures correct information is passed and received
• Ensuring deadlines are always met as well as the completion of all duties and responsibility in a professional manner
• Reconciliation of Accounts receivable on a weekly/monthly basis
• Reconciliation of customer accounts to identify inconsistencies
• Monitoring of the satellite office balances
• Collaborating with key divisions, cost accountants and Head of Departments to guarantee cost control
• Utilizing the full potential of the new AX Dynamics ERP system & CRM to assist with system related controls, processes and reporting.
• Ad Hoc projects
• Able to respond to internal client inquiries and maintain the accounts receivable records
• Seeking a Charted Accounting qualification
• AR accounting experience of minimum 5 years
• Understand key accounting principles to recognize the main accounting elements accurately & effectively
• Confirmed Excel skills
• Real Estate - Property Development experience in GCC
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft AX Dynamics & CRM
• Ensure consistent improvement as well as ensuring divergent thinking leading to novel ideas and solutions
• Collaboration and team player
• Meeting all deadlines, being flexible to complete all necessary & ad hoc tasks
