Job summary

Al Khalil Group of Companies is a UAE-based finance team seeking a Finance Officer to support daily operations in Abu Dhabi. The role covers invoices, payments, AP/AR, and financial reporting with emphasis on accuracy and timely closing.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, have UAE experience, and are proficient in MS Excel/MS Office. Immediate availability is a plus; VAT knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting, UAE experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; VAT knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, receipts, and financial documents.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Monitor payments, expenses, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate finance documentation.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
