About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support financial operations within a fast-paced HR outsourcing and staffing environment. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.Support reconciliation of accounts on a regular basis.
• Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding collections.Prepare payment schedules and coordinate approvals.Maintain accurate records of client and vendor accounts.
• Financial ReportingAssist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies.Provide financial reports and insights to management when required.
