Job Title: Finance Manager (Emiratization) Location: Dubai, UAE

We're working with a premier organization in Dubai that is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a strong accounting background to take on a key role within an established and dynamic organization.

The role would suit an existing Finance Manager or a strong Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. Experience within real estate, property, or development would be particularly advantageous.

To comply with the United Arab Emirates' Emiratisation requirements, our client is prioritizing UAE Nationals with a Family Book for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure financial reporting is completed accurately and within required deadlines
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, accounting standards, and internal financial policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and financial controls

Financial Management and Controls

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Identify variances and provide clear financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, processes, and accounting procedures
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support the annual audit process
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements

Business Partnership

• Work closely with senior management and other departments to provide financial insight and support
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning activities
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and overall efficiency

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within finance or accounting
• Strong accounting background with hands-on financial reporting experience
• Existing Finance Managers and experienced Senior Accountants ready to progress into a management role will be considered
• Experience within real estate, property development, or a related sector would be highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualifications would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ideally currently based in Dubai or within a reasonable commuting distance
