Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead the financial strategy for a growing international restaurant group based in the UAE. You will collaborate with the CEO and shareholders to optimize profitability and support global expansion from the UAE base with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with global or regional recognition (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Senior finance experience in restaurants, hospitality, or F&B in GCC preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multi-site or international operations.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Location: UAE Base | International Travel Required

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to join a growing international restaurant group based in Dubai. Working closely with the CEO and shareholders, you will oversee the group's financial strategy, drive profitability and support its continued international expansion.

• Oversee group finances, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow across Middle East & other International locations


• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability across restaurant operations.


• Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance and risk management.


• Support new restaurant openings, acquisitions and international expansion.


• Lead the finance team and provide strategic commercial advice to senior management.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).


• Proven senior finance experience within restaurants, hospitality or F&B in the GCC region preferably


• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.


• Experience managing multi-site or international operations.


• Willingness to travel internationally as required
