Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a senior technology leader to drive Oracle Banking platforms (OBP, OBLM, OBVAM) across GTB and Payments. You will shape the technology strategy, oversee architecture, and manage end-to-end delivery in a regulated, multi-country environment.

The role requires extensive Oracle Banking implementation experience, executive stakeholder management, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance, performance, and security across UAE, GCC, Asia, Europe, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Oracle certifications advantageous.
• Extensive Oracle Banking product knowledge and enterprise architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale banking transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee Oracle Banking technology strategy, roadmaps, and governance.
• Lead multi-country, multi-entity delivery programs across GTB and Payments.
• Engage senior executives and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements across regions.
