Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Background in a quantitative discipline.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver under tight timeframes.
• Nice to have: finance/regulatory reporting experience; familiarity with Airflow, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Handle finance-related requests and provide ongoing data support.
• Deliver data for MIS, regulatory reporting, and operational reports.
• Map data sources and document business requirements.
• Execute ETL to prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Design metrics to measure business performance using data tools.
• Integrate new business into financial reporting systems and processes.
• Collaborate with controllers to improve dashboards and insights.
• Promote data literacy and run workshops across the company.
