Financial Controller

Company: Al Ghurair Facility Management

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
• Proven experience handling month‑end close and delivering management accounts independently
• Hands‑on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly preferred
• UAE experience with strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Experience leading a small finance team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/VAT compliance
• Strengthen controls across AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and reconciliations
• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation from design to go‑live, including migration, testing, training, and change management
• Monitor cash flow, treasury, forecasts, collections, and DSO
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team with KPIs and performance reviews

Preferred

• Experience in Facility Management, Construction, Real Estate, or service‑led businesses
• Board‑level reporting experience
• Finance transformation experience
• Arabic language skills are an advantage

Salary
