Job summary

Guildhall is searching for a Finance Business Partner in Dubai for a fast-growing consumer-tech platform. You will own the financial modelling, business casing and P&L tracking for new partnership deals and product launches, sitting between Finance, Product and Commercial.

The hire is urgent and a top priority among two open finance roles, offering a rare chance to build commercial finance from within a platform business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate finance, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience supporting Product, Tech or Partnerships teams in a fast-growing tech business.
• Strong hands-on skill building drivers-based financial models and business cases.
• A track record influencing non-finance stakeholders with data.
• Comfortable owning pricing frameworks and profitability analysis.
• Background in e-commerce, digital platforms or comparable fast-growing businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial business cases for new partnerships and product launches end to end.
• Model deal economics, revenue-share structures and partner incentive frameworks.
• Track unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback periods.
• Build budgets and forecasts aligned to Partnerships team goals.
• Provide ongoing financial oversight and commercial guardrails for live partner deals.
• Contribute to pricing and monetisation analysis alongside the Product team.
• Design dashboards tracking initiative adoption against business case targets.

About the Role

This is an embedded commercial finance seat: you will own the financial modelling, business casing and P&L tracking for new partnership deals and product launches, sitting between Finance, Product and Commercial. It is a rare chance to build commercial finance from the inside of a platform business rather than report into one.
