We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Dubai hub and play a critical role in supporting our Franchise, Transformation and Supply Chain teams.

This is a broad and influential role for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to do more than report the numbers. You’ll work closely with functional leaders, turning financial and operational performance into clear insight and action that helps shape decisions, identify opportunities and create sustainable value.

From building robust business cases and scenario models to strengthening forecasts, managing risks and opportunities and providing constructive challenge, you’ll help ensure investment and resources are focused where they can make the greatest impact.

We’re looking for someone with 5 to 7 years’ experience in retail, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced finance environment, a relevant professional finance qualification, and the confidence to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while asking the right questions when it matters.
