Job summary

Guildhall is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Dubai to own financial modelling, business casing and P&L tracking for new partnerships and product launches. This embedded commercial finance role sits between Finance, Product and Commercial, offering a rare chance to build commercial finance from inside a fast-growing platform business.

You will model deal economics, build budgets, provide oversight for live deals and contribute to pricing strategies with the Product team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate/financial roles including FP&A.
• Experience supporting Product, Tech or Partnerships in fast-growing tech.
• Hands-on financial modelling and business case development.
• Experience influencing non-finance stakeholders with data.
• Pricing frameworks and profitability analysis experience.
• Background in ecommerce or digital platforms is a plus.

Guildhall is running a search for a Finance Business Partner in Dubai for a fast-growing, well-funded consumer-tech platform pushing hard into new products and partnerships. This is an embedded commercial finance seat: you will own the financial modelling, business casing and P&L tracking for new partnership deals and product launches, sitting between Finance, Product and Commercial. The hire is urgent and has been flagged as the top priority of two open finance roles, reflecting the pace of expansion right now. It is a rare chance to build commercial finance from the inside of a platform business rather than report into one.

The role

• Own financial business cases for new partnerships and product launches end to end.
• Model deal economics, revenue-share structures and partner incentive frameworks.
• Build budgets and forecasts aligned to Partnerships team goals.
• Provide ongoing financial oversight and commercial guardrails for live partner deals.
• Contribute to pricing and monetisation analysis alongside the Product team.
