Manpower Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team. You will report to the Sub-Regional CFO and work with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, forecasting, and MDF governance across markets.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to manage large datasets in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis in multinational or large organizations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Hyperion/TM1 a plus).
• Ability to manage large datasets and build financial models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead governance of MDF across sub-regional clusters and countries.
• Drive budgets, forecasts, AOPs, and multi-year growth plans.
• Provide MDF trend analysis and product mix insights for decision-making.
• Monitor risks and optimize MDF utilization.
• Collaborate to ensure accuracy of financial data and GAAP compliance.
• Support resource allocation and costing models.
• Track project performance and align financial progress with plans.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Lead monthly reviews and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure priority projects progress.
• Promote MDF finance process improvements.
• Drive collaboration with country managers, BD teams, and leadership.
• Assist in pricing discussions and executive presentations.
